Two paths — one inside the app, one by email if you’ve lost access. Either way, everything goes.

App Store / Play Store policyApple's App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google's account-deletion policy both require apps that let you create an account to also let you delete it. svaloop meets that requirement — and goes further by giving you a single button that wipes everything in one go.

From inside the app — the fastest way

  1. Open svaloop and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation screen. You will see what is about to be erased.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete my account.
  6. You will be signed out. Within a few seconds, the deletion is complete on our servers. Within 7 days, residual copies in operational systems are purged. Within 30 days, your data ages out of all backups.

By email — if you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your sign-in identity (Google, Apple, or email/password) and cannot reach the in-app flow, write to us instead.

  1. Send an email from the address tied to your svaloop account to support@learnwithvivek.com.
  2. Subject line: Delete my svaloop account.
  3. In the body, tell us the email address tied to the account (in case the sender differs). You don't need to give a reason.
  4. We will reply within 48 hours to confirm receipt, and complete the deletion within 7 working days.

What gets deleted

The deletion runs as a single, atomic edge function. It removes, in this order:

  • Every document you ever uploaded — all files under documents/your-user-id/ in our Supabase Storage bucket.
  • Your auth record. This triggers a cascade through every foreign-keyed table:
    • All loops you created and their loop state.
    • The full journey timeline of each loop (every AI exchange, every event).
    • Any pending proposals.
    • Document rows tying you to uploaded files.
    • AI cost-tracking entries attributed to you.
    • Guardrail violation records, if any.
    • FCM push tokens registered to any of your devices.
    • Profile fields (display name, timezone, preferences).

Timeline

Seconds
The in-app deletion call returns successfully. Your account is gone from the live database and storage.
Up to 7 days
Residual references in operational systems (queues, transient caches, scheduler state) are purged on their next scheduled sweep.
Up to 30 days
Encrypted database backups age out and are overwritten. After this window, no copy of your data remains anywhere we control.

This cannot be undone

We do not keep a tombstone or a soft-delete shadow copy. Once the deletion runs, we have no way to restore your loops, your journey, or your documents. If you want to keep a copy for yourself, email us before deletion and we can export your loops as a JSON file you can keep.
