  • The email tied to your svaloop account (so we can find it).
  • Device and OS (e.g. “iPhone 14, iOS 17.3”).
  • App version (Profile → About).
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if you have one — it always helps.

Bug reports
Subject: Bug: + a short summary. The more specific, the better. Repro steps are gold.
Feature requests
Subject: Feature:+ a short summary. Tell us the workflow you're trying to solve. Not every request gets built, but every request is read.
Privacy & data requests
Subject: Privacy: + the action you want (export, correction, deletion). We respond within 48 hours and complete most requests within 7 days. See the Privacy policy for the full picture.
Account deletion
You can usually do this from inside the app. If you can't, follow the email steps on Delete your account.
Security disclosure
Subject: Security: + a short summary. Please give us reasonable time to respond and patch before any public disclosure.
Press & partnerships
Same email. Please mention “press” or “partnership” in the subject so we triage it correctly.

Response times

  • Bug and product questions: 1 working day.
  • Privacy and data requests: acknowledged within 48 hours; resolved within 7 working days for most cases, up to 30 days for export archives.
  • Account deletion: completed within 7 days.
  • Security disclosures: triage within 48 hours.
